Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is made of one -page articles written by the Accruent Support team. These articles are task oriented.

To access the Knowledge Base feature of the Product Knowledge section, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Product Knowledge > (product family name) Knowledge Base.
  2. From the side navigation menu, choose the title of the knowledge base article you want to access.

Searching the Product Knowledge section for product specific knowledge articles

To search for product specific knowledge articles, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Product Knowledge section.
  2. In the Search Product Knowledge field, enter your search term.
  3. Click Enter.

    The Search Results page appears.

  4. Select the Show Knowledge Articles check box.
  5. From the Filter by Product Family drop-down list, choose your product family.

    The search results appear on the right.

  6. If you want to filter the search results by product, from the Filter by Product drop-down list, choose the name of your product.
  7. If you want to filter the search results by topic, from the Filter by Topic drop-down list, choose your topic.
  8. In the Search Results section, click the title of an article to access it.
