Asset Summary
The Asset Summary page displays by default when you select an asset from a list or create a new asset. It displays a summary of the asset, and provides access to additional details and sub-records.
-
Header Bar — The gray header bar on the Asset Summary page identifies the asset and includes an Action button.
-
Asset ID — The Asset ID section identifies both the asset and the page you are viewing.
Tap the Asset ID section from any page and the Summary page will open.
-
Action — The Action button opens a menu listing actions that can be performed on the asset, such as editing, changing the status, updating meter readings, or adding a note. The options that display depend on the status of the asset and your user permissions.
-
Descriptive Area — General asset information is displayed just below the header.
-
Icon — An icon or photo displays for the asset. If no asset photo has been uploaded for the asset, an icon displays. If the record is a "location", a building icon displays. If the record is a piece of equipment, the equipment icon displays.
-
Asset Name and Location — The name of the asset is listed on the top line. The asset's parent—which is often the location of the asset—is listed on the line directly below.
-
In Service / Out of Service Status — The current status of the asset is displayed below the asset information. If the asset is Out of Service, the words display in red.
-
Available for Service Requests — If the asset is marked as available for service requests, this status appears below the In Service / Out of Service status.
-
Page Links — Below the descriptive area are tabs to access additional detail on the asset and each available sub-page. The number of records corresponding to each type of data is displayed on the right side of the tab. Tap the tab to access the data.
The options that display depend on your organization's configuration.
-
Blue Footer Bar — The blue footer bar at the bottom of the page provides options to refresh the page or return to the list to access another asset.
