Details Tab – Training Module

The Details tab displays key information about the training, certification, or license record.

The following fields are displayed on the Training Details page:

  • ID / Name — Identifying fields for the training record. The Training ID field is used to uniquely identify the record. The Name field is typically more descriptive and does not need to be unique. The Training ID and Name fields are both displayed in the Training List.

  • Required By — The name of the organization, association or individual requiring the training or certification.

  • Category — Fields used to identify the category for the training record. The category is especially useful for allowing training records to be filtered in lookups.

  • Comments — A field that can be used to enter additional comments about the record. The View / Edit Text button at the top-right of the field can be used to open a larger editing area.

  • Status — A check box used to specify if the training record is active. Clear this check box if the record is inactive to ensure that the record does not show up in Training lookups. The training record continues to be available in the Training module list.

  • Photo Controls to attach or remove a photo.
