Items Tab – Stock Rooms Module
The Items tab displays the complete inventory maintained in this stock room. Features on this page also allow you to print, export, or email the displayed data, refresh the displayed results, and modify the configuration of the display.
Organizations with extensive lists of stocked parts may find it difficult to enforce pagination when using the Print button. We suggest you use the Reports button at the bottom of the page to open the list in the Reporter.
By default, the Items List—which might have been modified by your organization—includes the following information for each inventory item:

Item ID and Name
-
Category Name
-
Number of items on hand
-
Number of items reserved
-
Number of items available (calculated by subtracting reserved from on hand).
View / Edit Displayed Inventory Item
To view the detail of a listed inventory item:

Select the record you want to view.
The inventory item opens in a new window, displaying the Inventory Details tab for this item.

Navigate the tabs to view any additional information on the item.

Make your changes.

Click the Save button.
Your changes are saved.

Click the Close button.
The Stock Room Items page appears.
