Schedule a Meter Based Recurrence

To define a schedule based on meter readings (usage):

1. Access the Schedule Sub-tab.

2. Select the Time Based or Meter Based Schedule (one or the other) option button.

   If the schedule is to be generated either by time or meter (whichever comes first), see the section on scheduling a time and meter based recurrence.

3. Select the Meteroption button.

4. Enter the incremental units that should be used before the next work order should be generated for Meter 1 Readings.

5. If required, enter the incremental units that should be used before the next work order should be generated for Meter 2 Readings.

6. Select the Use the Meter Reading recorded with the Work Order when calculating the next Meter Interval check box to calculate the "next meter interval" based on the meter reading recorded with the work order.

   If this is not set, the calculation will be made based on the meter reading that existed when the work order was generated.

7. If you selected the check box in the previous step, select the status the work order should have before calculating the next meter interval from the Set this when the Work Order is field.

8. If start / end parameters need to be defined or modified, access the Start / End Sub-tab.

9. Click the Save button.
