Attach Tab - Preventive Maintenance Module
The Attach tab stores information about documents, notes, and rules attached to the preventive maintenance schedule.
Attachments to PM schedules are for reference purposes only. They do not populate onto generated work orders. Documents that you want to have propagated to a work order should be attached to the appropriate Procedure.
Preventive Maintenance Documents
The Documents pane lists the documents associated with the preventive maintenance schedule.

The Notes pane lists any notes associated with the preventive maintenance schedule.

Preventive Maintenance Rules
The Rules pane lists any rules associated with the PM schedule. This allows you to create a rule that is tied only to the specific record. For more information, see: Record Based Rules.
