Preventive Maintenance Tabs

The following sections describe the Tabs available in the Preventive Maintenancemodule

• Details — General information about the schedule including identification, status, and default values for the generated work orders

• Schedule — Schedule configurations including the type of schedule (time-based or meter-based) and the schedule interval

• Procedures — Procedures that are attached to the schedule and the interval at which the procedures are run

• Assets — Assets associated with the schedule

• Automation — Parameters that allow you to define how a schedule should automatically generate groups of work orders

• Attach — Documents or notes that are attached to the schedule

• Reports — Reports on open work orders, past due work orders, and cost breakdowns
