Reports Tab - Preventive Maintenance Module

The Reports tab page provides access to three smart reports that allow you to modify the report and drill into the report records. To view a work order's details in a separate window, click a row in the report.

• Work Orders — A list of all open work orders generated through the schedule, sorted by assignee. Work orders with multiple assignments will be listed multiple times, once for each assignee.

• Back Orders — A list of all open work orders generated through the schedule, filtered for work orders that are past due (target date prior to current date).

• Cost Breakdown — List of work orders associated with the preventive maintenance schedule, highlighting costs for labor, parts, other costs and total costs.

You can to print or export a report to email, refresh the displayed results, or modify the setup of the display. For more information on using smart reports, see Smart Reports.
