Attach or Remove a Task Image
The Task Check List can be configured to include options to attach one or two images to each task. This option is often available at organizations that require further documentation on task items. In addition, some organizations use this capability to track before and after images to demonstrate task completion. Images must be in .JPG, .PNG, .GIF, or .WMF format.
To attach an image to a task:

Click the row of the task you want to attach an image to.
The fields in that row become editable, and the selection column on the left will change to a blue arrow. An ellipsis displays in the Image column.

Click the ellipsis to open the Attach Image window.

Click the Choose File / Browse button.

Locate and select the desired image.

Click the Open button.
The selected file name appears at the top of the Attach Image window.

Click the Apply button.

Click the Close button.
The Task List appears with your image displayed as a thumbnail inside the Image column.
Images are displayed on the Task List as a thumbnail.
To obtain a larger view of a task image:

Click the image thumbnail.
The image opens in the Attach Image window.

When you are finished viewing the image, click the Close button.
To replace the image for a task:

Click the image thumbnail.
The image opens in the Attach Image window.

Click the Choose File / Browse button.

Locate and select the desired image.

Click the Open button.
The selected file name appears at the top of the Attach Image window.

Select the Overwrite Existing File check box.

Click the Apply button.
-
Click the Close button.
The image has been replaced.
To remove a task image:

Click the image thumbnail.
The image opens in the Attach Image window.

Click the Delete button.
A dialog box opens, asking you to confirm your choice.

Click the OK button.
The image is deleted.
