Order of Display Fields (Columns)
The display order of fields is defined by the order of the list in the Display field at the top of the Report Setup window. For horizontal report layouts, the fields represent columns that are displayed horizontally across the report. For vertical report layouts, the fields for each record are displayed as rows instead of columns.
To modify the order of field display:

Select the field you want to reorder in the Display field.

Use the up / down arrow buttons to move the field to the appropriate position.

Click the Apply button.
If you accessed the Report Setup window from the Report Preview window, the revised report displays in the window. If you accessed the Report Setup window from the Report List, you are returned to the Report List.
