Webex in EMS for Outlook

Users can easily integrate audio/video conferencing to their meetings without the need for A/V support with the Webex Integration with EMS. Webex Integration is only available on Exchange or Google enabled Everyday User Process Templates

Add Webex to your reservation in EMS for Outlook

To use Webex from EMS for Outlook you need the Webex add-in.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Create your appointment.
3. Click Schedule a Meeting.

   Webex information appears in your meeting invite.

4. Finish creating your appointment.
