Uninstall the EMS-Webex Integration App

1. Disable Webex Integration globally from the EMS Desktop Client. Navigate to System Administration > Settings > Parameters > Everyday User Applications tab.
   1. From Area, choose Integration to Microsoft Exchange.
   2. Select Enable Webex Integration and click Edit.
   3. Set the Description to No.
   4. Click OK.
   5. Click Close.
2. Navigate to the EMS Platform Services page.
3. In the left menu, select Conferencing.
4. Expand the Webex Video Configuration pane.
5. Delete the values in Client ID and Client Secret in the Webex Video Configuration fields.
6. Click Save Webex Configuration.
7. Login to your Webex account and navigate to the Webex App Marketplace.
8. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for your EMS-Webex Integration app by name.
9. Under Action next to your EMS-Webex Integration app select Remove Directly.
