You can now share Dashboard tiles with other users, keeping all the right people in the know about KPIs, work order lists, and other essential data. Tile sharing uses a simple workflow performed directly in the Mobile Dashboard UI.
Assign asset attributes from a single page

Assigning and managing asset attribute associations just got easier! You can now assign categories, subcategories, types, and manufacturers to an asset from a single page, reducing the number of clicks needed and pages visited to configure these associations. We removed the Assign Asset Attributes and Assign Attributes to Category Values pages as you can now manage these associations from the new Attribute Associations page. We also updated the parent page, Define Asset Attributes, to the new smart table.
Bulk update individual PPM site and asset values

You can now bulk update individual values for PPM sites and assets directly in the PPM Builder, giving you more control over PPM bulk updates without having to use the import tool. Site and asset update dialogs now update only the fields where you input a value, whereas previously all field values were applied to the selected items, even if they were left blank.

You can set a priority value of 1 to 99, with the lower values being processed first. All rules are set to 50 by default. When rules are of the same level, they use the lowest threshold value as they did previously.
See and manage all work order tags in one place

Our new page (added to both the main application and to the Mobile Dashboard) shows all tagged work orders in one place and lets you update tags directly on the page. This makes it far easier to see and respond to tagged work orders so all the processes based on tag categorization can run smoothly.
Add documents to linked work orders on Mobile

We're delivering on the SalesForce IDEA to be able to include work order documents when you link one work order to another on Mobile. When you select the option to include documents, original work order documents display, allowing you to select or clear the documents you want to include.
Update contract associations faster

Contract notification recipients

You can now add notification recipients on the fly when you update a contract, letting you notify people who need to know about the contract change in addition to already-designated recipients. This applies to contract updates made via provider sites and the PPM Builder.
Set geofencing at provider level

You can now set geofence areas via individual service provider settings, allowing automated functions, such as recording work hours based on presence within the geofence area, to apply to work orders based on the service provider. Previously, you could only set geofence areas based on client, site, and site type.
Send log notes to the call center

Bypass unneeded info to complete work orders

Technicians can now bypass inputting required information to complete a work order if the information isn't necessary for the work order action used. You can configure individual work order actions to bypass the requirements to indicate an asset's condition, specify an asset, or use work order script actions. This expedites the closing process and prevents attaching false or inaccurate data to the work order.

Invoice approval rules now have a prioritization system, determining which rules are processed first and ensuring automatic approval when expected. Previously, in some cases rule processing could force manual approval when invoices met the criteria for automatic approval. Rule prioritization ensures rules are processed in the proper order and that automatic approval occurs when intended.
You can set a priority value of 1 to 99, with the lower values being processed first. All rules are set to 50 by default. When rules are of the same level, they use the lowest threshold value as they did previously. Since estimate and quote rules use the same structure for invoice approvals, rule prioritization applies to them as well.
Cancellation and rejection credit memo notifications

PPM Updates
We made the following enhancements to PPMs:

You can now import sites and assets to a PPM using the import tool.

You can now bulk update the setting to enforce PPM asset details on contracts using the PPM Contract Group Update tool. We also moved the Enforce PPM asset details setting from the Client Profile > Work Order Life Cycle client profile page to the Advanced Options page for PPMs.

We created the part request Approval Rules page. You can access existing rules on this page or create new ones for the automatic approval of part requests. We also added company-related criteria options for the rule builder.

We added the Actions menu to the Request Details page for part requests. From this menu you can update requested parts and approve/reject or cancel the part request. Available options are determined by permissions.

We added Part Request Rejection as a Reason Type on the Parts & Inventory > Admin > Company Reason Details page, allowing you to configure whether requestors can resubmit part requests if initially rejected for this reason.

We added the new Parts & Inventory > Admin > Notifications page, where you can view and set up notification rules for status changes in the part request life cycle. Permissions needed to access and update notifications.

You can configure part locations as warehouses and add address, language, and contact information about the warehouse for the location.

We created the Inventory page where you can manage your full inventory of parts, with their locations and quantities. You can also access this page from the part location and part space level. Viewing, updating, and creating inventory parts on this page are determined by permissions.
New Vehicles page
You can now create vehicle records within our initial Vehicles development. The form is very basic at this time, but has fields to expand functionality as we implement the upcoming Workforce Management Lifecycle feature. The table and form both require new permissions to access.

Renaming Vehicles pages
As part of introducing a new Vehicles page that will tie into Parts & Inventory and Workforce Management, we renamed the legacy Vehicles pages to Vehicles - Legacy. We also updated permission names to reflect the change.
Type-ahead search for asset tag
We added a type-ahead dropdown for the Asset Tag search on the Create New Work Order page, streamlining your ability to find assets by tag number, asset type, or manufacturer. The chooser smart table is accessible via a link above the Asset Tag field if you want to use that instead.
