Calendar Criteria We added Site Attributes as a calendar criteria type, allowing you to add specific site attributes to a calendar or schedule.
Control Actions The Retry all failed reversions button on the Control Action Details > Controller Results page now retries all failed reversions as intended, regardless of check boxes selected on the page.
Derived Calculations You can now save changes to the Calculation tab for a derived calculation without having to update anything on the Detail tab as well.
Observe pages list To make it easier to locate Observe pages, the vx Observe tab now has Site List at the top of the page list menu with the rest of the pages in alphabetical order.
Smart Tables

We updated the following pages to the new smart table:

Telemetry Criteria We added the And if exists in time frame operand for telemetry criteria steps. This operand keeps a change-of-value flagged condition rule from triggering if the value change did not occur within the evaluation time frame. Previously, because the system views the latest value change as always present, the And exists operand did not function as intended for change-of-value rules.
WebServices We updated the sample response XML and the Swagger UI format to properly reflect the correct syntax for the sendFlaggedConditionData response.

Closedvx Observe 23.01 Release Notes - January 16, 2023

Vendors You can now manage all vendor information on the Admin > Vendor Setup page, including the ability to add addresses without adding a Pay-to address and the ability to add a Vendor Number on any address type.
Utility Bills You can now add utility bills manually, which is ideal for quickly creating a single utility bill rather than having to use a CSV import to do it. You can select Utility Company, Account, and Meter when you manually enter a bill.
Utility Bills Utility bills imported into the system no longer require to be in UTC time. You can add time and dates as they appear on the bill, and time zone conversions happen automatically after the import. All dashboards now show local site time rather than being converted to UTC.
Bureaus Bureaus now show only the appropriate Rules List for their bureau, set up by the partner selected when creating a manual flagged condition.
Smart Tables

We updated the following pages to the new smart table:

  • Utility Organizations

  • Headend Controllers
