System Integrity Checks
There are two tables displayed on the Open Events page, the"login screen":
- EPA Limit Exceeded: Open Events table displays the list of refrigeration systems for which the Annual EPA Leak Rate (Projected and Rolling Average) currently exceeds maximum allowable EPA thresholds.
- System Integrity Checks Required table displays the list of currently opened SIC events in the system.

System Integrity Checks Required table
Verification of leak repair must occur within a certain number of days from the initial add/repair or as per system type's pre-determined interval.
Service Providers are notified in ERM when a system integrity check has been opened by it being displayed on their login screen .
The columns in the System Integrity Checks Required table are as follows:

SIC Event Number | This column has a hyperlink that navigates the user to a screen for closing the SIC Event |
Days Open |
This column does not have any hyperlink associated with it. The System Integrity Checks event is required as following conditions:

Check Type |
There are two types of SIC events: "Post Repair" and "Interval." In ERM only Post Repair system integrity check events are displayed. |
Date Last Checked | Displays the last date the system was checked |
Site | Site number for which the SIC event is open |
System | System for which the SIC event is open |
Event # | Number for the event |
Last Added | Last refrigerant amount added to the system |
System Status | Current status of the system |
Close the SIC event in ERM
After selecting a value in the "SIC Event Number" column on the System Integrity Checks Required table, the user is sent to the System Integrity Check detail screen for closing the SIC Event.
Once the required information on the screen is completed, select the "Save" button and the SIC event under consideration will be closed.

Date of Service | Required field to indicate the date when the SIC event is being closed |
Work Order Number | Optional free text field to indicate the work order number when the SIC event is being closed |
Leak Status | Read-only field automatically populated with the leak status (whenever the refrigerant event is recorded, the leak status will be indicated) |
Leak Location | Read-only field automatically populated with the leak location (whenever the refrigerant event is recorded, the leak location will be indicated) |

SIC events in the central application
Client users may also view a list of system integrity checks for their company in the central application by navigating to: Service > ERM Events > System Integrity Checks .

Configuration of functionality
The functionality can be turned on or off for any roles. To turn the function on or off, please consult your Verisae representative.
Other notes
Users may also close System Integrity Checks (SIC) events in the central application and Kiosk.
