Manager Review

The Work Orders Awaiting Manager Review smart table is used to display work orders that require site manager review.

Go to Service > WO Approvals > Manager Review.

The Work Order Detail screen is used for the site manager review process.

Navigation: Service > WO Approvals > Manager Review > (Select WO #).

The Review Action section of the Manager Review screen needs to be completed by the user. The Review Actions function as follows:

  • Agree: The site manager agrees to the Work Order Detail.
    • If the user selects this option, the Review Comments field will display as an optional field.

    • After the user selects the Submit button, the work order will advance to a status of Service Complete.

  • Disagree: The site manager disagree with the Work Order Detail.
    • If the user selects this option, the Review Comments field will display as a required field. After entering review comments, if the user selects the Submit button, the work order will advance to a status of Service Complete.

    • This work order will also be flagged with a red X for the invoice approver and will no longer be eligible for auto-approval if an auto-approval rule is in place.

  • Recall Work Order: The work order will be recalled and relevant history entries will be made.
    • On recall of work order, two History Events will be created: Manager Review, Recall Work Order
    • This option will only be available if the work order is in Recall Period. After the recall period is over, this option will not be available and instead information will be displayed to the user about the expiry of the recall period.
    • If the user selects the Recall Work Order button, a Recall Reasons dropdown field, an Operational Status dropdown field, and the Review Comments field will display as required fields.
  • Request Recall: The work order will be marked that manager disagrees and its status will change to Service Complete.

    • Manager Disagree history event will be populated by comments "Manager Disagree and Recall Requested."

    • Work order will be flagged for recall request. On the Recall smart table in the Recall Requested column, "YES" will be displayed, meaning that a recall was requested for a corresponding WO.

    • A new WO history event will be recorded for "Request Recall."

    • The Review Comments entered on the Manager Review screen will be associated to the Recall Request history event.

    • This option will be available while the WO is under recall period.

The manager can also review a work order from the WO Reviews table on the Dashboard. Clicking on the total shown in the Work Order Review table will navigate the site manager to the Work Orders Awaiting Manager Review smart table as shown in Screenshot 1.

Go to Home > Dashboard.

Configuration and Notes

  • Site Manager Review is configurable by client. This whole stage of approval can be turned on or off as required.
  • The Disagree option can be turned on or off as required
  • The Recall Work Order option can be turned on or off as required
  • The Request Recall option can be turned on or off as required
  • The review options that appear on the Kiosk are also configurable
  • Site manager review can be configured to auto advance from 1 to 15 days after job complete
