Raw Alarms

Raw Alarms are any alarm that has come into our NOBS (raw alarm server) that may or may not have been forwarded on to the Verisae application.

Vx Observe validates alarms through Alarm Filtering. Alarm Filtering allows the system to determine if the alarm triggered due to a non-threat issue such as high foot traffic due to peak hours.

Raw Alarms displays results of the search as defined in the Smart Table.

  • When the Filtered column is Yes and the Date Forwarded column is populated, the alarm has entered the main application.
  • When the Filtered is No, the client has elected to not allow that alarm to enter the main application.
  • When the Filtered column is Yes and the Date Forwarded column is blank, the alarm is in the filtering process.
  • The Raw Alarms Smart Table may be sorted and filtered based on the following column categories:

    • Master drop-down selectors allowing you to filter prior to sorting the Smart Table
      • Alarm Status
      • Attributes
      • Organizations
