PPM Schedules

Navigation: Admin > PPM Schedules.

The PPM Schedules smart table provides the user with an overview of the timing details of each PPM by Provider. This table also shows the Account Code, the Last Run details, the Next Run details, and how frequently the PPM is scheduled to run,.

The user may filter the table using the "Status" black bar filter at the top of the table. The dropdown list options include Unfiltered, Active Schedules (default) and Inactive Schedules. By default, the table will display the PPM Contracts in alphabetical order.

PPM Schedule smart table fields:

Field	Description
PPM Name	Displays the PPM name
Contract reference	Displays contract reference descriptions
Provider	Displays the provider associated with the contract
Contract Type	Displays the Contract Type (COMP or PAYG)
Schedule	Displays the contract schedule (Monthly, Every 2 Months, Every 3 Months, Every 4 Months, Every 5 Months, Every 6 Months, Interval, Specified Date, Annually, Weekly Schedule)
Category	Displays the category of the PPM
Last Run	Displays the last date the PPM ran
Next Run	Displays the next date the PPM will run

Selecting the PPM Name will open the PPM Detail pop-up that displays further detail into the selected PPM. Selecting the PPM Template within the PPM Detail pop-up will display another pop-up, displaying the activities and tasks that make up that PPM.
