Provider Working Schedules

On this page you can manage working schedules to calculate labor hours for SLAs.

The following information displays in a smart table:

• Schedule name: The name of the working schedule

• Status: Indicates whether the working schedule is active or inactive

Select the schedule name to view/edit its details, or click New to create a new working schedule.
