EMS Integration with Cisco Webex

You can add a Webex meeting to an EMS room reservation with the Webex Integration. Attendees can join the Webex meeting from the reservation with a single click, using any Webex-enabled video device, such as a mobile phone, or laptop. The Webex Integration is available through the following EMS access points: EMS for Outlook.

Integration with Webex is compatible with EMS 221.4 or later. If you are on an earlier version of EMS, you'll have to upgrade to use the functionality. You’ll also need an updated EMS license to enable the integration.
